Jeff is deeply passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience to help others grow and succeed.
With a career in the mortgage industry dating back to 1997, he acknowledges that learning never stops—especially in a market that is constantly evolving. Jeff is committed to passing on the insights he continues to gain.

A qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Jeff has served as a marketing director for lenders and held roles on executive leadership teams. But as he notes, his expertise extends far beyond marketing alone.

Throughout his career, Jeff has led teams across a broad spectrum of functions—including strategy, market insights, product development, pricing, digital marketing and event management.

He has also benefited from working with an Executive Coach, which has played a key role in shaping and strengthening his leadership capabilities.
