This is insight programme combining qualitative depth with quantitative scale, focused exclusively on the real experiences of female mortgage brokers.

How It Works
1. Quantitative Study
Survey amongst female mortgage brokers with a minimum of 100 respondents.
2. Qualitative Study
Follow up with 12 in-depth, one hour interviews with female brokers to explore the survey findings in greater depth.
3. Reporting: Write Ups
There will be a key findings report available to all brokers. For participating brands, there will be a full report available.
4. Reporting : Discussions and Workshops
All participating brands will get a private one-to-one workshop (online or in person) where we talk through the findings. All brokers who participate in the quantitative study will be invited to a webinar to hear the full findings. All brokers who are part of the qualitative assessment will be invited to a Roundtable session to discuss points further.

How many interviews will be conducted?
We will survey a minimum of 100 brokers and 12 in-depth interviews.
Who will we be contacting?
Female mortgage brokers from across the industry.
Can we contribute to the questions?
Yes. All Partners who sign up by 28 February will receive a draft questionnaire and be invited to provide feedback.

Yes, all Partners who sign up before 28 February will receive a draft questionnaire with you and invite your feedback.
When does the research happen?
The Survey will begin in March followed by interviews, with the aim of completing these by the end of March.
When will findings be available?
We plan to have all findings available by the middle of April. Much will depend on the speed of subscriber sign-up, we will keep you informed throughout the development process.
How will we receive results?
Partners will get a full debrief, one-to-one, either via Teams or in-person (based on your preference), including our tactical and strategic recommendations for your business.
Supporters receive a copy of the Broker Summary Report.
How can we use this study?
It can support product and strategy development, help you meet Consumer Duty requirements, and provide a foundation for creating helpful content for your audience. You can also reference the study in press articles and at speaking engagements or events (subject to our approval).
Will you be doing any PR with findings?
We plan to, but naturally we will only share top level findings.
Is This A Syndicate Study?
