The Cut Through Matrix assesses six commercial drivers of marketing message effectiveness:
1. Clarity
Is your message instantly understood - or does it require effort to decode?
2. Distinction
Do you look and sound unmistakably like you - or could your logo be swapped with a competitor’s?
3. Memorability
Are you remembered after exposure - or quickly forgotten?
4. Relevance
Does your messaging reflect real audience priorities - or internal assumptions?
5. Credibility
Do you feel trustworthy and authoritative - or simply promotional?
6. Competitive Edge
When seen alongside competitors, who wins attention? Who blends in? You or your competitors?

How It Works
Your content - and that of selected competitors - is evaluated using a structured 1–10 scoring system across all six dimensions shown above.
You can opt to have it evaluated by us (who can see through the lens of your audience) or by a select number of your target audience.
Scores are then benchmarked to provide:
