I began my career in mortgage marketing in 1997 and have held senior roles within lenders, including marketing director positions and executive leadership team responsibilities.
I’m a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), and throughout my career I’ve led across:

Today, I work as a Strategic Growth Partner to mortgage businesses.
I help leadership teams and marketers bring clarity to their marketing so they can focus on what actually drives growth, make better decisions, and build stronger internal capability.
That can take the form of fractional CMO support, mentoring, training, or growth-focused advisory work — but the intent is always the same: simplify complexity, and turn marketing into something that drives confident commercial performance.
Why This Matters
Most mortgage businesses don’t need more marketing activity.
