Yes. All sessions take place on Teams. You’ll receive a calendar invite with the meeting link and reminders.
2. How big are the groups?
Each group is capped at 8 participants to keep sessions personal and focused.
3. How are groups formed?
We match participants based on experience, job role, and goals — so you’ll collaborate with like-minded peers.
4. What does it cost?

£96 + VAT per month (cancel any time with one month’s notice).

5. Can larger teams join?
Yes. We offer bespoke pricing for teams who want to participate in the Groups.
If you are choosing other solutions, like A-Ha Sessions, then we will build that into the mix too.
6. Do I have to attend every session?
Ideally, yes — each session builds on the last.
If you can’t attend, we’ll send a short recap and shared resources so you don’t miss out.
7. What if my competitor is in the same group?
That’s okay. We never ask you to share confidential information.
Discussions follow Chatham House rules — what’s said in the group stays in the group.
8. Are sessions recorded?
No — to encourage open conversation and trust, sessions are not recorded.
